Gift Card Terms
By accepting a Visa prepaid card from ProsperOps in connection with the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) FedExCup Event, you agree to these Prepaid Card Distribution Terms and Conditions. All registrants (a) expressly consent to the use of their name and likeness in ProsperOps publicity and marketing and (b) expressly authorize ProsperOps to contact them using the contact information provided by registrant (see Publicity and Contact section below). The Prepaid Card Distribution is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Distribution of Prepaid Card. Distribution of Visa prepaid cards will be limited to those individuals invited by AWS for the Event. One (1) $500 Visa prepaid card (“Prepaid Card”) will be distributed to each eligible Event invitees (as invited by AWS in AWS’ sole discretion) on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Receipt of a Prepaid Card is not guaranteed. Invitations and Prepaid Cards are non-transferable.
Eligibility. Receipt of a Prepaid Card is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of invitation. Receipt of a Prepaid Card is not permitted if you are (i) a person who works for or is an advisor to a government or a public international organization (including entities owned or controlled by such a government or organization); (ii) any officer, employee, or person acting on behalf of a state enterprise, agency, or political party; or (iii) any candidate for political office. For purposes of this restriction, family members, close friends, significant others, or business partners of any of the foregoing also are considered public officials.
Anti-Corruption Compliance. By registering for an invitation to the Event, you certify that acceptance of a Prepaid Card does not violate any applicable company policies or anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.

Acceptance of Terms, Release of Liability, Indemnification. Distribution of a Prepaid Card is offered subject to and all recipients agree to these Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions. Each recipient releases ProsperOps and its affiliates from any and all liability and damages (including consequential or incidental damages, attorney fees, and/or court costs) that may arise in connection with their participation in and registration for the Event and receipt of the Prepaid Card to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each recipient further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ProsperOps and its affiliates from: (a) any liability or damage suffered by such recipient arising from their participation in and registration for the Event and receipt of the Prepaid Card; and (b) any liability or damage suffered by ProsperOps or a third party as a result of a registrant’s violation of these Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Event (including, but not limited to, terms and conditions stipulated by AWS, FedEx, or the PGA).
Taxes. The value of the Prepaid Card may be considered taxable income to the recipient. ProsperOps may report the value of the Prepaid Card(s) to the IRS as required by law. Recipients are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prepaid Card.
Lost, Stolen, or Expired Prepaid Cards. ProsperOps is not required to replace Prepaid Card(s) that are lost, stolen, missing, or made unusable due to damage. Prepaid Cards may be subject to expiration dates or inactivity fees as described in the card issuer’s terms; ProsperOps is not responsible for any such fees or expirations.
Publicity and Contact. All registrants consent to ProsperOps’ use of their name, likeness, and general information (e.g., company name, job title) in internal and external marketing or promotional materials related to the Event, without further compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. By receiving the Prepaid Card, each recipient expressly authorizes ProsperOps to contact the registrant using the contact information provided by the recipient.
General Terms: No more than 30 Prepaid Cards will be distributed in total. Each eligible participant may receive only one (1) Prepaid Card. Sponsor and AWS reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Prepaid Card distribution or the Event at any time without notice. All determinations of eligibility are at Sponsor and/or AWS’ sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (CCPA Notice). If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). By registering for the Event, receiving a Prepaid Card, or otherwise soliciting an invitation to the Event, you acknowledge and agree that we and/or AWS will collect personal information such as your name, email address, and jurisdiction of residence. This information is collected for the purposes of distributing the Prepaid Cards, contacting registrants and invitees, and distributing information. We do not sell your personal information. We may be required to retain and publicly disclose limited information as required for legal compliance with applicable laws.
Governing Law. The distribution of Prepaid Cards and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the laws of the United States of America, as applicable, excluding any law that requires the application of the law of a different jurisdiction. Any legal claim against ProsperOps may be brought only in courts sitting in Travis County, Texas, and each registrant agrees not to dispute the jurisdiction of courts sitting in Travis County, Texas.
